The LegendaryMass blend of carbohydrates and proteins are the nutrient dense building blocks necessary for the support of athletes who partake in high-intensity style training. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle*. Protein contributes to a growth and the maintenance of muscle mass, and therefore must be a staple nutrient for any hard working athlete. Studies show that consumption of protein combined with maltodextrin, dramatically improve the absorption of proteins in the body [1] for enhanced and maximal muscle mass gain.

Ingredients: Carbohydrate complex (maltodextrin, glucose), milk protein complex [milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate Carbelac®, whey protein isolate Isolac®, hydrolysed whey protein Optipep™, hydrolysed casein PeptoPro® (from milk)], cocoa1, thickener (xanthan gum), flavourings, colours (beetroot red7, caramel1,2,3, beta-carotene4,5,6).
Recommended use: Mix 4 scoops of powder (200 g) with 400 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use ½-1 serving 45-75 minutes before workout and ½-1 serving immediately after workout. During non-training days use 1 serving between meals. This formula is highly concentrated, and due to its potency, you may want to consider using ½ serving 2-4 times per day.
Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Contains milk. Made in a plant that also processes soy, egg, peanuts, nuts and wheat products.
